At Mindflow Wellbeing, we aim to provide a whole health approach to wellbeing based on harnessing the power of the mind-body connection, with a focus on what we like to call Mind Training.
Stemming from the latest research behind mind-body medicine, positive psychology, and neuroscience, Mind Training combines evidence-based tools such as meditation and mindfulness-based practices to rewire the brain for enhanced health outcomes.
Mind Training enhances wellbeing by activating a state of present moment awareness that switches off the stress response, allowing the body to prioritise healing and self-repair. This state of being is also often referred to as being in the 'flow’ and enhances focus, engagement, and creativity.

MINDFUL MEDICS
Drawing from the latest evidence-based research, our Mindful Medics programs, workshops and retreats are designed specifically with the healthcare provider in mind. With a spotlight on burnout and empathy fatigue, we aim to not only enhance practitioner wellbeing, but also improve patient outcomes.

CONSCIOUS CORPORATE
Our science-backed corporate programs and workshops aim to inform and inspire. With a focus on Mind Training, stress management, and resiliency training, our approach empowers participants to combat stress and overwhelm while also enhancing productivity and creativity in the workplace.
WHO WE ARE
We are Sara and Emily, a mother-daughter duo on a mission to share a whole health approach to wellbeing based on harnessing the power of the mind-body connection.

Through our own health battles with autoimmune diseases, we turned to the science behind mind body medicine and discovered the role of the mind in positively supporting both physical and mental health and overall wellbeing. Now, we are passionate about empowering others to dial down stress, dial up inner calm, and activate inner healing through what we like to call Mind Training.

With our combined education in specialty medicine and psychology, along with further training in meditation, mindfulness and mind-body medicine, our approach is grounded in science and aims to provide a mindful and sustainable solution to modern day wellbeing.

‘Good health is not just about taking our medicine, eating our vegetables, exercising regularly and getting enough sleep. Those things are essential, but we need to take a whole health approach, and that means also reviewing our mindsets, beliefs, expectations, tending to our stress levels and emotional wellbeing’.
