The Mindful Healing Program aims to provide a whole health approach to wellbeing with a focus on Mind Training for healing for those with chronic illness and pain.

With six comprehensive modules combining the latest research in neuroscience, mind-body medicine and positive psychology with evidence-based Mind Training tools, this program will provide you with all the information and guidance you need to rewire your brain for improved wellbeing and enhanced health outcomes.

Structured in a way that can be easily integrated into your personal schedule, the Mindful Healing Program will help you create your own personal wellbeing map - one that recognises the importance of the mind in healing and maintaining wellbeing.
