ABOUT US
We are Sara and Emily, a mother and daughter duo on a mission to share a whole health approach to wellbeing based on harnessing the power of the mind-body connection.
We turned to the science behind mind-body medicine in our search for answers to Sara’s decade long battle with neuro-cardio Behçets, a life-threatening autoimmune disease.
After discovering the groundbreaking research behind the power of the mind, Sara introduced meditation and mindfulness practices into her everyday life, which began to help her cope with illness, chronic pain and the side-effects of treatment. Sara’s transformative response to what we now call Mind Training inspired us to create a space where we can empower others to dial down stress and dial up inner calm for enhanced wellbeing.
With our combined backgrounds in specialty medicine and psychology, as well as further training in meditation, mindfulness and mind-body medicine, we are passionate about teaching the power of Mind Training, along with mindful and sustainable living, to help others make positive shifts in their health, and ultimately, their lives.

SARA LITTLE
DMU (CARDIAC)
Co-Founder & Director
Sara is a qualified cardiac diagnostic imaging specialist with over 20 years experience in the medical field. Her thriving career was cut short with the diagnosis of a life-threatening autoimmune disease, which led her to turn to mind-body medicine for answers. Sara's transformative response to meditation and mindfulness practices led to her completing formal training as a Meditation Instructor and Mindfulness@Work Facilitator at the internationally renowned McLean Meditation Institute. She is now fully certified to deliver mindfulness-based programs, workshops and retreats, both independently and at a corporate level.
With her unique experience of being on both sides of the healthcare provider and patient equation, Sara is passionate about making wellbeing a priority for healthcare providers, as well as sharing the power of the mind-body connection with others who are suffering from chronic conditions, many of which are switched on by chronic stress and burnout. Sara's passion for bringing mind-body medicine into modern medicine led to her completing the Dr Herbert Benson MD Course in Mind-Body Medicine at Harvard University in 2019. Sara is now on a mission to share her experience, knowledge and skills to help others overcome stress, illness and pain, and achieve their optimal wellbeing.

EMILY LITTLE
BPSYCHSC (NON CAPSÂ PLS)
Co-Founder & Director
Emily's passion for wellbeing led her to study a Bachelor in Psychological Science at the University of New South Wales, where she further fulfilled the roles of Wellbeing Director of the UNSW Law Society, and Psychology Representative of the UNSW Rural Allied Health and Medical Society, implementing several strategies to enhance student wellbeing on campus. With a particular interest in mental wellbeing, Emily has over five years experience as a research assistant in collaboration with Macquarie University and the University of Sydney under the direction of leading Clinical Psychologists. In her role, she focused on the development of psychological programs designed to prevent anxiety and depression, as well as help enhance emotional health, in young adults. In her final year at university, Emily pursued a research project on placebo effects, which unveiled the power of the mind in both enhancing and hindering health outcomes. Her studies, combined with her personal experience with autoimmune disease, led to a passion for a model of health focused on harnessing the power of the mind-body connection. To further her knowledge, Emily completed the Dr Herbert Benson MD Course in Mind-Body Medicine at Harvard University in 2019. Emily is now passionate about helping others overcome stress and anxiety through Mind Training, and sharing the power of mindful living for transforming health and happiness.
