SARA LITTLE

Co-Founder and Director

Sara is a qualified cardiac diagnostic imaging specialist with over 20 years experience in the medical field. A diagnosis of a life-threatening autoimmune disease and personal healing with mind-body techniques including meditation and mindfulness-practices led to her completing formal training as a Meditation Instructor and Mindfulness@Work Facilitator at the internationally renowned McLean Meditation Institute. Sara's passion for bringing mind-body medicine into modern medicine led to her completing the Dr Herbert Benson MD Course in Mind-Body Medicine at Harvard University in 2019.​ Sara is now on a mission to share her experience, knowledge and skills to help others overcome stress, illness and pain, and achieve their optimal wellbeing, through harnessing the mind-body connection.

EMILY LITTLE

Co-Founder and Director

Emily's passion for wellbeing led her to study a Bachelor of Psychological Science at the University of New South Wales. With a particular interest in mental health, Emily has extensive experience in wellbeing leadership roles at UNSW, and as a research assistant in collaboration with Macquarie University and the University of Sydney focusing on the development of psychological programs for young adults. With a passion for a model of health focused on harnessing the power of the mind-body connection, Emily completed the Dr Herbert Benson MD Course in Mind-Body Medicine at Harvard University in 2019. She is committed to helping others overcome stress and anxiety through Mind Training, and sharing the power of mindful living for transforming health and happiness.

SOPHIE DRIVER

Retreat and Event Coordinator

Sophie graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and is currently a final year postgraduate Law candidate at the University of Sydney. With over five years experience in event management, a passion for organisation, and keen eye for detail, Sophie is dedicated to ensuring all that Mindflow events and retreats are experiences to remember.

ALICE TANNER

Retreat and Event Coordinator

Alice’s passion for mental health and wellbeing lead her to graduating with a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) at the University of Wollongong. To advance her knowledge and understanding of mental wellbeing, she completed further study in Mental Health and Disabilities at the University of Cambridge under the direction of leading professors. With over five years experience in event management and coordination, Alice combines her expertise in organisation and passion for wellness to ensure that all Mindflow events and retreats run smoothly.

DANIELA JUNCAL

Sustainable Living Expert

Dani completed her Permaculture Design Certificate at Djunbung Gardens in Nimbin, NSW. She is passionate about living a sustainable life, and one of her proudest achievements is the creation of her very own permaculture inspired garden that feeds her family of six and many members of her local community. With a wealth of knowledge about sustainable farm-to-table living, Dani loves to share all that she knows with others to help them tread more lightly on the earth and re-connect with themselves by getting back into nature.
