In a fast-paced society where we are too often living on 'autopilot', disconnected from ourselves and the world around us, we offer a moment to pause, with a mindfully curated retreat that will help you establish new habits to live a more present and sustainable life.

Take refuge from your everyday hustle in a luxury estate surrounded by peaceful gardens and fresh air. Enjoy a much-needed sleep in or opt for a morning yoga flow or nature walk. Stretch your mind with daily Mind Training sessions and informative seminars. Cultivate new mindful, sustainable habits and nurture your creativity with inspiring workshops. Indulge in some self care with an optional organic massage. Nourish your body from the inside out with nutritious, farm-to-table meals prepared by our in-house chef. Connect with likeminded people, and delight as strangers becoming life-long friends.

MIND TRAINING WITH MUSE

In this workshop, meditation and mindfulness instructor Sara provides an introduction to the power of Mind Training for cultivating mindfulness. Using your own Muse headband, learn how to cultivate calm in the chaos of modern life.

CONSCIOUS
COOKING CLASS

In this workshop, our in-house chef will lead you through creating a simple yet delicious farm-to-table meal from scratch using organic and seasonal ingredients from the local area. Enjoy the fruits of your labour for dinner with a glass of local organic wine. Bon appétit!

DITCH PLASTIC WITH DIY BEESWAX WRAPS

In this workshop, Dani will teach you how to make your own beeswax wraps and provide some tips and tricks to reduce plastic and waste in your everyday life.

MAKE YOUR OWN HERBAL TEA BLEND

In this workshop, Dani will teach you how to make your very own herbal tea blend with fresh herbs straight from her permaculture garden!

NOURISHING FOOD

All food provided during the retreat is reflective of our sustainable and mindful living ethos.

A buffet style continental breakfast â€‹includes fresh, seasonal fruit and an assortment of locally sourced muesli, granola, yoghurts, breads and bakery items. Organic eggs are also made to your liking. Breakfast is served with cold-pressed juice, tea and organic coffee, with an assortment of milks to choose from.

Lunch and dinner are prepared by our in-house Chef who focuses on organic and locally sourced ingredients that nourish you from the inside out. All meals can be made dairy free and gluten free, with vegetarian and vegan options available.

ACCOMODATION OPTIONS

Bibury offers 5 bedroom suites featuring:

  • king single, queen or king beds,

  • quality furnishings

  • luxury linen

  • private en-suites with heated floors and towel rails, and

  • expansive views of the estate.

All rooms suit single and double occupancy. We welcome solo travellers as well as groups of friends and family!

​

To create an intimate environment allowing for individual attention, there are a maximum of 10 guests at this retreat.
