Take refuge from your everyday hustle in a luxury estate surrounded by peaceful gardens and fresh air. Enjoy a much-needed sleep in or opt for a morning yoga flow or nature walk. Stretch your mind with Mind Training sessions and informative seminars. Cultivate new mindful habits and nurture your creativity with inspiring workshops. Nourish your body from the inside out with nutritious, farm-to-table meals prepared by our in-house chef. Indulge in some self care with an optional organic massage. Connect with likeminded people, and delight as strangers becoming life-long friends.

In your free time, you are more than welcome to rest in your room, relax in the gardens, go on a nature walk or explore Bowral. Extra treatments and activities such as a massage or 1:1 Mind Training session with Sara can be arranged for an additional cost.
FEATUREDÂ WORKSHOPS



MIND TRAINING WITH MUSE
Using your own Muse headband, Meditation and Mindfulness instructor Sara will teach you how to cultivate calm in the chaos of modern life. Take home a personal toolkit of skills and strategies to help cope with stress and live more mindfully.
FEEDING YOUR GUT BUGS
In this workshop, our Sustainable Living Expert, Dani, will teach you some simple tips and tricks to look after your gut. Learn how to make your very own kombucha and ferment foods to help your gut bugs thrive.
DESIGN YOUR MINDFUL LIFE
This workshop will help you design a fool-proof schedule to implement all the tips and tricks you have learnt throughout the weekend to live a more mindful life that nourishes your mind and body from the inside out.
NOURISHING FOOD
All food provided during the retreat is reflective of our sustainable and mindful living ethos.
A buffet style continental breakfast ​includes fresh, seasonal fruit and an assortment of locally sourced muesli, granola, yoghurts, breads and bakery items. Organic eggs are also made to your liking. Breakfast is served with cold-pressed juice, tea and organic coffee, with an assortment of milks to choose from.

Lunch and dinner are prepared by our in-house Chef who focuses on organic and locally sourced ingredients that nourish you from the inside out. All meals can be made dairy free and gluten free, with vegetarian and vegan options available.

Bibury offers 5 bedroom suites featuring:
king single, queen or king beds,
quality furnishings
luxury linen
private en-suites with heated floors and towel rails, and
expansive views of the estate.

All rooms suit single and double occupancy. We welcome solo travellers as well as groups of friends and family!

To create an intimate environment allowing for individual attention, there are a maximum of 10 guests at this retreat.
